How to install it:
1: Download "Source SDK 2013 Base Multiplayer"
2: Go to properties/betas, select prerelease
3: Wait for it to finish updating
4: Download this

5: Go to your "SourceMods" folder (in steam/steamapps)
6: Extract the file you just downloaded there.
7: Download the update

And extract it into your SourceMods folder, just like you did with the other file.
