I am very bad at describing this, so I'll try it down here.
You shoot a e.g a rocket. There is 2% for it to be a random crit. The more damage you deal, the higher chance there is for random crits. The max is about 10% random crit pr. shot. But its only active for 20 seconds, and when those seconds are gone, its 2% again.
