"Kill comfirmed, repeat kill confirmed, the ship has be shot down and has crash landed 4 clicks south of the German border," Raven 2's radio sounded across the ops center speakers.
"Excellent work Raven 2 come on home!" Central said putting down his headset. Central sprinted out of the ops center and head towards the hanger bay.
"Seems we've caught ourselves a big first ah Central?" The Commander said coffee in one hand Raven 2's flight report in the other.
"First Large class ship we've seen so far, who are we sending on this one?" Central asked, coming to a halt beside the commander.
"Standard team, Relic Charles Chris Loco Combo, but with one small change..." The Commander said putting down the flight report and directing his eyes towards the armory.
"Loki, you can put your sniper rifle away you'll be sitting this one out," The Commander said striding over to Lt Nilsen.
The lieutenant stood and saluted the commander, "Permission to speak sir,"
"Granted, something to add son?" The Commander said
"With all do respect sir I'm the best shot you have, no one can out match me in long distant shooting,"Loki responded, his eyes narrowed his tone harsh
"Correction, you were the best long distance shot we had, however you last few missions have been lack luster at best," said The Commander arms folded, "Squaddie Prongsley will be taking your place, and you better hope she doesn't out shoot you in a single mission,"
"You can't be serious, a squaddie out shoot me, not likely," Loki said sitting down on a set of crates.
"We shall see..." The Commander said.
