(teaser) Using a memory chip to make the most inefficient 100 block piston extender in Minecraft :)
ONE HUNDRED block piston extender featuring Frits3400
Currently only the extension part is done. Full video will be uploaded when the retraction and a state machine are finished.
This should also in theory be the fastest 100 piston extender possible unless there is a misplaced block somewhere messing with the timings. We've figured out a way to make it wayyyy faster than any other 100 piston extender I could find using 0 tick pulses into the pistons (the honey block part on the side). The design could be wayyyy more compact, but this is mostly just a proof of concept for the infinitely expandable memory chip strapped to the clickbait-worthy 100 block piston extender ^^
It's surprisingly lag friendly. The only time redstone dust was used was in the instant redstone lines to turn everything ON/OFF, but the memory part is done purely with observers, solid blocks and powered rails (no moving parts or light sources).
