1I don't think I've ever actually played this and I cannot remember the last time I've seen footage of it. We all recognize the characters and that voice helps hammer that familiarity home, but the game itself isn't one I see pop up in conversation. That's a shame, because it's certainly unique. It's a pain to figure out the controls on at first because it's just not the standard way you'd pick up a fighter. That's also to the game's credit. It's just so different. It's got a pretty clean anime presentation with good mecha fighting and the stages have that big fight feel. I'd love to see this hybrid style used more in modern games because it would be trivial to make it. Look at what DBZ is doing on the reg.
