I did my best to explain what I felt is a good PC builder. I then went on to discuss the Sapphire Pulse, and compare AMD to Intel (as an example)

When I said that the Pulse performs above 60 FPS, I was referring to the bar charts I was looking at. I realized after making the recording that may of been confusing but, I refuse to go back and edit
