2My PC routines from 1997 coded in DOS Turbo C showing off Tech-Tech, a scroller with resizable font (up to VERY BIG) that shows the 'background' buffer, and zooming routine. Recorded with DOSBox. Stuttering is due to DOSBOx performance limitations.
