This Panasonic Camcorder sells itself as being VHS, but it looks like it's really VHS-C, which requires an adapter to actually play on your VCR. It's a smaller tape, and this camcorder probably has a less noisy motor that those camcorders that used a full-size VHS tape, which were extremely heavy and were known to have motors so loud that they'd often drown out what you were filming.

It's incredible that just a few years later, all you need for HD video is something that weighs a silent, beautiful ounce. But these were fun too.
