Technical difficulties - and advertisements! because boredom (11/10/2020)
so yeah, this is an episode full of the cringe that you normally don't get to see happen because normally I take about 3 to 4 hours in advance before my planned stream to try and sort all these issues out in advance.
so you could say this is the behind the scenes look at mostly what I have to deal with every time I try to set up for a stream session. also, if you hear a big BANG in this video- then I'm sorry for spooking you; that was just the sounds of me accidently dropping my old 30 to 40 pound PC monitor ---flat on its screen side onto a tempered glass coffer table'
THAT WASN'T INTENTIONAL!
It just slipped away from me as I was trying to set it down and rolled in the process before landing screen first.
Surprisingly, everything's still physically in one piece. But I still haven't double checked to see if it works though after that though. honestly I don't think I want to check that any time soon.. lol.
But yeah.
eventually the stress got to me during trying to get things to work while LIVE so i kinda watched some videos just to pass the time while i waited for everything else in the background to move its ass.
...that didnt turn out too well as you can tell, took nearly a full 4 hours before things finally were ready.
..I sware one of these days I'm just going to set things up so folks might be able to help me get a new PC. Cause this is getting to be more stress for less results the longer I keep using this toaster, pushing it too its limits. constantly overclocking it's capabilities just so it can do the most BASIC of the tasks I need it to run for my livestreams
