They Fixed it! The latest Outriders patch finally fixed the Borealis Monarch Set! I have always loved this set and was extremely excited for it to get fixed so I could play my cryo unlimited toxic rounds freeze Technomancer again, but with more power! Lets go over this incredibly powerful Technomancer build which has exceptional damage and great crowd control. The freeze and unlimited toxic rounds really do have an amazing synergy on the Technomancer, and I managed to kill a brood mother in a way that I have never seen before!
