This is the weirdest glitch I've ever seen in this game. Just drop your health to one health block or less, then finish off the Technodrome, when the turtle is running to jump inside the Technodrome, the front piece might still take a block of life off you, killing the turtle. I'm not sure if everything/anything has to be destroyed in order for this to happen, but I destroyed everything.

NOTE: If you destroy the Technodrome and you are too close to the part which takes away the health block, it might just say that the turtle got captured and sends you back to the start of the sewer. So in order to do this glitch correctly, make sure you destroy the Technodrome from the far right side of the Technodrome. That way, when the Technodrome is destroyed, it has enough time to start to "fade away" in a green color. If your turtle dies before it happens, the glitch won't work.

After doing this, you can't access the pause menu, meaning you are unable to change a turtle until you lose the turtle who was affected by this glitch.
