The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles got a lot of love across the Nintendo systems.. Except the 64. But! The NES had some of the most memorable TMNT video games of the 80's and 90's.
As a Sega fanboy, I missed a lot of those amazing Ninja Turtles games. But I've got a confession. I had a Nintendo Game Boy. Even though I didn't own any of the TMNT games as a kid, it was really nostalgic for me. I got to revisit an old favourite system and see a great game I missed the first time.
Back from the sewer puts you in control of the 4 turtles. Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo and Leonardo. Each turtle has their own abilities, speed, weapon attack, etc. You are pitted against a bunch of characters from the original TV cartoon. Baxter Stockman, Bebop, Rocksteady, Stone Warrior, Shredder and way more.
