Before I talk about this area I should say that I was extremely tired when I did the commentary to this, so please bear with my less-than-stellar tone here, hehe. :P Anyways, this area is supposedly Wall Street, and if it is then it must mean Shredder and the Foot Clan aren't big fans of the stock market. This area is huge, but in fact it can be quite short if you know exactly where to go. There are many places here that aren't even necessary to go to, and knowing where you need to go is key to making this as less of a headache as you possibly can.
