2The spike wall section of level 4 is probably the most frustrating part of the game. Overshooting any of those holes means a lost turtle. There's not much room for error either. Luckily, the giant Mouser boss is really easy with Donatello.
Level 5 has three sewer areas, and the Technodrome is randomly hidden in one of those three areas. I am unlucky this run, as the two I visit in this segment are the wrong ones.
