Symptoms#1 : screen is blue tinted sign that RED color has troubles

Fix#1 : replaced a 74LS07 @D23 with output pin 4 shorted to GROUND

Symptoms#2 : both sprites and backgrounds are missing parts.MASK ROM check reported two bad 4Mbit devices @K4 and K6.

Fix#2 : replaced a bad 4Mbit MASK ROM @K6 with a programmed MX274100 EPROM.Reflowed a lifted pin on the '051962’ custom ASIC tilemap generator.
