If the CPU just attacked low all the time I wouldn't stand a chance.
The pacifist CPU bug only works if there's some distance between you and the opponent and they don't already have a pre-determined attack string ready. If they do, they will carry out the attack string irrespective of what you're doing. It's like a lazy form of input reading where the CPU is given a set of actions to follow based on what you've just done, rather than specific actions to counter your immediate inputs
When the opponent has been downed or is quite far from you after a push back / blocking they rarely have an attack string and they seem to glitch out when you are quickly changing stance constantly. I used 30hz autofire to save on the mashing
