TanuKID explained how his F4 game works. Just replicating the guide

F4 is -8, all other moves in order to reach its going to cost frames, no move in this game as 8f startup so Jin will be able to avoid reaching move with a sidestep right after if used in range.

If used in closer range, 2, 1 string, 4 will counter mostly everything, f4 into EWHF frame traps some reaching moves like i20s due the ff input which takes longer time to do killing the block stun otherwise f4~zen becomes a threat.

Tip of the range F4 into backdash beats sudden counters because range is usually shorter.
