6.And open your chrome browser and click to access that telegram web official site.
7.Now you can press that link "LOG IN BY PHONE NUMBER".
8.And then choose your country as well as enter the phone number.
9.And click to "Next".
10.Now they send the otp to your mobile number,so just put it.
11.Once you enter the otp your login process is successfully completed.
12.So i hope if you follow this simple steps,finally this problem solved in permanently.
