That's right, we get to go full r/Atheism on the final boss until he kneels over and cries. It's every teenage atheist's wet dream come true!

It's certainly an interesting way to go about things. It's a lengthy dialogue tree too, you need to pick the correct options to get this outcome, other options just make him attack you or force him to run away and flee.

It should be pretty clear the talk about the Gift and the idea of sin versus sinning is a pretty blatant stand-in for religious persecution of homosexuality. Thankfully we do get to point out how much of a cop-out it is to say people were made a certain way but then shouldn't actually act that way.

One thing I don't really get is the ending slide with Duvalier's parents and Baz, it feels like there was some cut content there. It would've also been nice to fight against Hakim and a fourth Acolyte. There could've even been a rematch against all Acolytes at once in the assault on Ravinale, perhaps Cyrus revived them or something. He already has Psy powers far beyond the pale, much as Nelis did in Telepath RPG 2.
