Note from Michael: Conversations aren't always neat and tidy with a bow on top. This is especially true when the conversation is being recorded and timed (kind of) and the participants haven't been doing this for years. We discuss looks/beauty a little and not all the ideas are totally fleshed out/completed. There is so much nuance here, and to get into it would take hours of video (or a much, much longer personal note). Just know we did the best we could given the circumstances.
