103Activision Blizzard's legal team faces their first challenge as an attempt to keep temporary workers accounts off the record is defeated by a judge. While there's still plenty of obstacles ahead between the many workers alleging harassment and abuse within Activision Blizzard, this at the very least ensures their voices will be heard in court.
