This book spends more time trying to convince you of the importance of Tempest than the game itself. It seems to forget about Tempest for a while. This was just an odd choice for a “Land Mark Video Game” because, at the time, there were other games that were better choices. They talk about what was happening in the 80s while this game was made. Many of the examples line up with Missile Command as opposed to Tempest.
