Good in my opinion, but still has things that I think is making him a bad character.

Disadvantages:

(1) Slow on getting up - this makes me hate him because it gives enough time to my opponents to use items on me as soon as I get up from floor like spamming with arrows. (Cancel code would fix that.)

(2) You cannot change the direction of his Fire Shooting move after doing it. The same works for his Spinning Attack.

(3) Not having more moves.

Advantages:

(1) Can never be thrown.

(2) Having 3 great moves that deal a high damage.

(3) His Spinning attack can spam opponents and hit them repeatedly if they are on wall.

(4) His Throw is awesome, if you are fast enough you can either make your partner follows the enemy with an attack or follow up his Throw with his 2 Hits-Combo attack. (Using a cancel, his throw can be also followed up by his Dash Attack for even higher damage.

(5) Having no launcher other than his first hit. Most VS characters has no launcher at all.

Dr.Kimaira was made as a VS-Mode character and K2 wanted to make him playable as VS character, but for unknown reasons they have kept the files for him there and removed the option to select him. I'd say he's like a DLC to play as. Still cool that he's playable in Multiplayer.

That was all I could say about him. I think he deserves a Combo Video of his own for me to make for him. His throw is one of the best in the game.
