About a month and a half ago, I developed tendinitis, a form of a Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI) in my wrists, hands, and thumbs. In this video I explain how this was a result of both schoolwork and gaming. I am a frequent competitive Super Smash Bros. Melee player, as well as Old School RuneScape and Ocarina of Time speedruns. I am now on the path to recovery with Occupational Therapy, rest, and stretching.
