Tendinitis and my Road to Recovery (SSBM / OSRS)
About a month and a half ago, I developed tendinitis, a form of a Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI) in my wrists, hands, and thumbs. I am now on the path to recovery with Occupational Therapy, rest, and stretching.
