What's a"Carry Run"?
In Tera,or at least in the server where I play(Arcadia/Tera Europe),there are dungeon runs where"Supposed",experienced players"Carry",pretty much anyone in squad,at the cost of not rolling for a certain item called(while those who get carried have a chance to get some equips),in other words,the one(or the ones),who carry the rest,gets all the valuable loot while the ones getting carried have a chance to get equips.

What's the deal?,the deal is that most of these so-called"I carry you"players are simply good geared players that are not always also skilled ones,and that,most importantly,they DO need healers just like"Regular",players,but guess what?,the"Carry",rule also applies to healers,so,while if you're a DD class you get"Carried",has no matter how bad you are,you get the dungeon done because the"skilled",ones do it for you,the same doesn't apply if you're an healer,because they DO NEED a minium level of skills from you,unlike the DD classes.SO,while if you're a DD you can literally slack off,if you're an healer you usually have the same if not more work to do,and with no possibility to get any valuable loot,aside from equip.Why I said"if not more work"?,because obviously,being a carried run,there are other low geared and usually low skilled players that you will have to baby-sit usually,assuming you're not low-skilled as well,and in that case,suddenly,the"I carry you",concept disappears.

This run its an example of"Not-really-carried",one.I was the healer and as usual I had to kind of play pretty intensively to keep the squad from wiping,but hey,that's the fun of being an healer :O
