Terminus got changes to his power siphon and everyone in the community is saying that they need to revert the change but in this video I play with the new loadouts thanks to the new cards for Terminus and discover that he is actually more viable then before but you have to change your playstyle to adapt to the changes to term.
HiRez gave Power Siphon a 3s cooldown because in my opinion he was too frustrating to play against when he could drop his shield and put it right back up so in compensation they gave him cards to help him with these changes.
