Terra allows you to reanimate a creature for 2 mana when she deals combat damage which this deck aims to trigger multiple times to assemble a lethal board state of humans and legendary creatures. The deck is positioned as mid-Bracket 3 and can assemble a lethal board state by as early as turn 7 but more consistently by turn 8-9.
