Didn't crash this time, yay; and got some terraforming started at least. Had to build up some structures so they wouldn't flood, but since the trade embargo finally ended I was able to amass a TON of titanium with which to so do that endeavor finally.

I really do love this game, I just wish I had a better computer on which to play it -- and perhaps other games that I also currently am unable, such as previous favorites like Sins of a Solar Empire, Sword of the Stars, the Mass Effect series, Fallout 4, some XCom games, etc.; and newer games like Stellaris and Starship Troopers Terran Command.

I know I'll probably have to "just get a REAL job" somehow again, before being able to afford anything, but gee it sure would be nice to make this and writing science fiction books my career rather than just endless mindless tedium and so much endless abuse for less than the cost of living. -_-

It would have been nice if things like the Orion spacecraft had been constructed in the 50's/60's, and with heavylift rockets all the way back then, humanity could have really expanded in the solar system by now... and still could, if the procrastination would ever cease.

But instead we fart around and wait for the end of time while eugenicist oligarchs construct a soylent green future for those they would gladly starve away. We could have done so much by now, but instead we let the stolen future in space remain a dream. -_-
