Breaking the barrier requires starting with a water mine so you can begin mining oceans from round 2. We are able to reach 6 terraform stages through 2 oceans, 1 oxygen stage, and 3 atmosphere stages. Breaking the 3000 point barrier may be possible but will require a ton of RNG luck tbh.
