Dragoon:
Holy Crap! This place is awesome, sucks that it is actually pretty short. The mechanical theme here is even better than Dr. Leo's Laboratory. Be careful around fighting the enemies here, all the machines even the boss can inflict a status condition to reduce your strength, hence why BlockRod sucks here in particular. Be sure to get the SoulArmor here, which is a FAR better armor than the amazingly overpriced Red Armor back in Mosque (not to mention EVERY other item in their shop as well). Also it might be another interesting nod to Soul Blazer, whereas the Soul Armor was the strongest armor Blazer could wear, not only was it required to wield Phoenix, but also allow him to walk in space.
Ark:
This dormant scientist MUST BE A GENIUS, other geniuses like Eddy have only touched upon electricity and this guy has insane high tech facilities already in place and in working condition.
Dragoon:
Not to mention his Bull Dog Chimera Soldiers.
