I've never been a huge fan of like survival, building games with like a lot of mining and stuff. I've never really enjoyed playing Terraria before this, I also played Stardew but never like got into it that much and played it just with friends and just chill with it, and never put that many hours into it.

Which I think it would be the same with this game, although I actually thinking this game was fun for a while. I don't know if I'll keep enjoying it, it depends on how fast the devs can update the game, but for now it has like 5 bosses and a huge map, it's actually not that bad, although I wouldn't play this on my own without my friends.

Pros:
- It gives off that nice retro feel.
- The gameplay is actually good and simple
- There's a lot to do in the game.
- Map is big and is still being updated.
- The crafting, cooking and other things are not overly complicated and made easy.
- 8 player co-op makes the game really enjoyable
- Drop in and Drop out multiplayer is really good for people to join mid game
- A lot of items and different weapons to play around with.
- The bosses are not hard, and can easily be cheesed but are hard if done normally.
- There's a lot of game for now.

Cons:
- It's an early access game.
- Updates might come in slow depending on Devs.
- It's mostly mining, 70% of the game would be you mining into a wall into the dark if you don't have torches.
- The level grind if you want to do that is kinda long and hard.
- Monsters can 1 shot most of the time.
- Loot drops are super RNG, we got 1 fire staff after killing like a hundred shamans.
- Armor feels like it does nothing in this game.

So far I'm having fun with it, but I have no idea how long I would be enjoying this game, it's kind of like good but at the same time there's only going to be so much we can do, we can hunt the bosses and that's about it. The devs would really have to update the game a lot for it to be long lasting, which hopefully they do.
