Tesla Down on Bitcoin Investment
0In its most recent quarterly 10-Q filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Tesla declared a $170 million impairment loss on its Bitcoin investment. In February 2021, the electric vehicle company purchased $1.5 billion in Bitcoin. Tesla liquidated a chunk of its Bitcoin assets in April supposedly to test the currency's liquidity.
