MPEG 2 NTSC, interpolation, reduce flicker
While with Nocturne the "reduce flicker" feature makes it seem like there are frames missing with ICO it actually makes it look better than the raw file:-). On the raw file it looks as if the horizontal frames were spread every second row resulting in the characters looking like monitors in dead space...
