Play! is a PS2 emulator on PC, Mac, and perhaps most importantly, android. You can obtain the latest build here:

I played this on the PC build. Recording footage on android is a pain. I chose the game Kaena because it runs graphically poorly in PCSX2 and it is largely 2D and thus cant benefit from the higher resolutions provided by PCSX2. Runs fullspeed and good in Play! if you can overlook the fact it doesn't render the player and NPC models...
