Testing ~120 fps driving/drifting on a 60 Hz monitor...
I switched the graphics settings back to highest (with default dynamic reflections) for more appealing visuals after the replay was recorded, so what you see here is around 55 fps, not over 110.
Turns out there is a world of difference in how in control of the car you feel between going around 60 and 110 - 120 fps even if yours is a standard 60 Hz non-gaming monitor. Though maybe it also has something to do with the sim in question... Still, the steering response feels much more immediate closer to 120 frames per second (with vertical sync set to off, of course).
