373After the latest Steam Play for Linux update, I figured it was finally time to experiment with running Linux as the main operating system on my 8700k gaming rig. Join me as I vlog my experiences getting everything set up and trying to play my favorite games on Linux.
Part 4 (this one) will focus on native Linux gaming and some small tweaks suggested by you guys to get Steam Play games working!

Steam setting - check "Use this tool instead of existing compatibility tweaks per game" for Proton.
Package to check for Steam controller support: "sudo apt install steam-devices"

Other packages to install - llvm and python
DOOM (2016) - hit ALT+ENTER to force it to Windowed mode, or add a launch option for "+r_renderAPI 1" to force it to run Vulkan.
