So to counter, you have to have the chip equipped, and you press forward so that you make contact with the attack when you tap forward. It'll set you up to do a counterattack as if you did a Perfect Evade, and does extra damage. Perfect Evade is safer and perfectly viable, but this is still useful if not at worst a fun novelty. Dunno if I'll keep it when I need space for other chips, but it's fun to mess with for now.

I was thinking it'd be impossible to time, but it can be forgiving. Many enemies have attacks with different windups, so trying to be precise can wind up having them fake you out a lot, but you can pretty safely mash tapping the analog stick towards them and it'll usually counter the attack. Attacks like these aren't too hard to time a single input, but there are things with tricky windup animations specifically to shove a middle finger up your ass until your eyes pop out.

2B's also still with her exposed leotard because I'd just come from fusing my chips that I'd gotten from the desert in the last vid when she didn't have her skirt. It's also why I'm still not using weapons. Didn't feel right to combine them into one vid since this was specifically about the Counter chip.
