Offensive Heal restores your HP based on a % of the damage you deal to enemies, and Deadly Heal restores a % of your max HP for every enemy you kill. These two are pretty much must-haves, but also make self-destructing virtually no cost. Not like I really explode TOO often...

And this is far from the most efficient way to get these chips, but it's the earliest way to farm them that I know of, and doesn't net any extra unecessary EXP!
