In this video we do a small test for just about 3,5 months worth of development and see how it affects the AIs cars. For development you probably would need a season or two to see any huge differences between how the AI develops their car.

On the other hand for Race AI they will now sometimes employ the playerstrategy of full attack the entire race and generally be more annoying to deal with on hard, I am looking forward to testing this more in the future.
