CPU: I7 6700K 4.00 GHz

The current version of RPCS3 can run the game perfectly, but can't switch between 60 and 30fps. Tales of titles (like few other JRPGs) constantly switch between 60 (menu, skits, battles) to 30 fps during exploration and cutscenes, so the timing doesn't work and animations are twice as fast. Someone made a version of the emulator with a keybinded button to switch between 60 and 30fps MANUALLY, but I will wait for a proper official release! :P
