I kept spawning cars until I dropped below my fps limiter
I don't think that was caused by the cpu, I think the more cars also increases gpu load as there's more geometry and textures and things with shadows etc which causes the gpu to be loaded too much.
when I look away from all the cars the fps goes back to normal, but those cars are still being simulated, so that tells me it's gpu bottleneck limiting car count, not cpu
