Adding out to their work, I've found the most efficient rotation you can employ to save the most amount of skills while dealing the most amount of damage.

Removed passives:
Buff Boost Speed
Buff Attack Speed

Vayne has 2 major skill rotations.

EX - S2 - S2 - S2 - EX - HP - HP - S1 - HP - HP - S1 - EX
EX - S2 - S2 - S1 - EX - HP - HP - S1 - HP - HP - HP - EX

You should always go for this rotation the first time around. This consumes only a single S2 use and at the end, the enemy is right next to your turn.

The 2nd rotation is (this is only possible if you have 2 turns before the enemy acts)
EX - S2 - S2 - S1 - EX - HP - HP - S1 - HP - HP - S1 - EX

This rotation consumes a single S1 use. And you'll probably stick to this rotation since s1 has a lot of uses.

You can also use AA:
EX - S2 - S2 - S1 - EX - HP - HP - S1 - HP - HP - AA - HP - HP - EX

In this manner to not spend a single skill in a rotation.
