(Remember its a question, not a statement = ?) The Spy Cicle's downside of leaving frozen statues isn't really a downside as it doesn't necessarily affect gameplay that much. But instead, it increases paranoia because if the enemy see's Spy Cicle bodies everywhere they're going to think your also everywhere. The biggest counter to the Spy Cicle is the Huo Long Heater, but its rarely ever used, but if you do come across it just take care of everyone else around him and your team will take care of him, otherwise just change your knife.
