Valve tried to patch this once already, but failed as negative numbers still work, anyway in the console type;
"Build X Y"
X = 0 Dispenser, 1 Teleport Entrance, 2 Sentry, 3 Teleport Exit.
For Y you type any number which hasn't been used yet.
Example: "Build 2 -1" then "Build 2 -2" then "Build 2 -3" and etc for infinite Sentries.
Spies can build dispensers only.
