An exploit on the map cp_standin which was just released today. I'm posting this to hopefully raise awareness and get Valve to fix it a bit sooner. I have already reported it with the in game bug tool and talked to the creator of the map who said he would send an e-mail out to Valve about the issue.

Update: Map was fixed the next day! Good turn around time!
