Basically, you can make aliases for every class' config to make an universal bind. To do that, you need to know the all weapons names.
Basic console bind is: bind 1 "use tf_weapon_revolver", where "tf_weapon_revolver" - meaning it's the Spy's main weapon. For each class you can make it's own binds into class configs.

For example, the Soldier's main weapons bind:
bind 1 soldier1
alias soldier1 "use tf_weapon_rocketlauncher; use tf_weapon_rocketlauncher_directhit; use tf_weapon_particle_cannon; use tf_weapon_rocketlauncher_airstrike"
