NO T bagging is not toxic in the slightest. It does nothing to help you in any way shape or form. It's literally used as a taunt to get the killer angry and play irrationally much like a taunt in a fighting game. Camping however is toxic. The killer essentially gets angry at you for playing survivor and forces you to not play the rest of the round. It's toxic as hell and keeps the survivor from playing how they want to play.
