An army investigation has concluded that a young female soldier who committed suicide had previously been brutally sexually harassed by one of her bosses. Royal Artillery Rifleman Jaysley-Louise Beck, 19, at Larkhill Camp in Wiltshire in December 2021 after an “intense period” due to “unwelcome behaviour” from a superior, an armed forces inquest report has revealed. Her boss, who was not named the investigative paper, reportedly sent her some 3,500 WhatsApp messages and voice messages in a single month November 2021, a month before she . She was reportedly romantically involved with him, but her boyfriend, Gunner Beck, did not reciprocate her feelings. The new member, commonly known as Jaysley, testified that she afraid line manager was tracking her movements via her cell phone and left the hotel where they were both staying on a business trip because of way she behaving. Gunner Jaysley-Louise Beck committed suicide in December 2021 after an 'intense period' of unwanted advances from her boss, according to a report. Royal Artilleryman Beck joined the army at 16 and was proud to be a soldier, his family say Larkhill Barracks near Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire. A report into Gunner Beck's death said a 'significant minority' of male soldiers would engage in sexually inappropriate behaviour. A service investigation report, which will be published later today but has been seen by the BBC, said his boss's behavior "had a significant impact on his mental resilience and wellbeing". She was found dead after a party ten days before Christmas. Speaking on BBC Breakfast this morning, Gunner Beck's family said the soldier was reluctant to report his boss's behavior because they believed his concerns would not be taken seriously. She had previously reported being sexually assaulted by another supervisor at an Army training center bar; This is said to have resulted in minor sanctions and the man was told to write a letter of apology. Her mother, Leighann McCready, said she reported the intense abuse 'He was saying 'What's the point mum, you're not listening?' 'She she would be seen as a troublesome woman.' He added 'They missed a lot.' Gunner Beck, from Oxen Park in Cumbria, joined army at 16 and was proud to be a soldier; But his family says he became withdrawn as the campaign of harassment at hands of his direct line supervisor escalated. His supervisor sent him more than 1,000 messages in October 2021, and that number rose to more than 3,500 the following month, shortly before his death. In one message reportedly seen by the inquest, he wrote 'The truth is I'm having a hard time dealing with it all.' Gunner Beck's family later said he was "a loving and caring person who went out of his way to help anyone less fortunate than himself." His family later paid tribute to him while raising money for charity in his memory, writing 'Jaylay was a loving and caring person who went out of his way to help anyone less fortunate than himself.' As reported by the BBC, aspects of the investigation suggest that 'inappropriate sexual behavior was commonplace among a significant minority' of male soldiers at Larkhill, where Gunner Beck was stationed. In 2022, an Army instructor based at Larkhill was sacked after 'impressionable young soldiers' bought bottles of vodka whiskey schnapps and asked another to 'get up walk' so he could 'have a look at him'. It is understood Gunner Beck's case is currently being investigated by both civilian and military police forces. The Military Justice Center, which supports the family, called her story "horrible" in a tweet earlier today. Britain's armed forces are cracking down on sexual harassment after introducing new 'zero tolerance' rules last year. Ministry of Defense sources insist there is 'no place' for sexual harassment and assault in the military and say efforts are being made to encourage victims to report it. Soldiers will be punished if they engage in acts of harassment such as cat calling, inappropriate touching, making 'indecent' comments, winking and 'giving sideways glances' at teammates. The rules will apply across the Army, Navy RAF and come after a landmark defense committee report found nearly 62 per cent of female service personnel were subjected to bullying, harassment discrimination. Lawmakers also found that female soldiers were ten times more likely to experience sexual harassment than their male counterparts. The report concluded 'Other parts of the Armed Forces' military culture show that it is still a man's world.' An Army spokesman told MailOnline 'Our thoughts and sympathies are with the family and friends of Gunner Jaysley-Louise Beck at this difficult time. 'The circumstances
