The 2 Secrets to SOLID Body Mechanics Animation
512After discussing Body Mechanics animation with a couple of friends recently, I wanted to share some ideas on what I think really helps to make Body Mechanics a lot less daunting. The simple concepts of 'C' and 'Reverse C' shapes in the spine and Head Screen Space and how they work together.
