An updated look at Resident Evil 7: Biohazard at 21:9

21:9 Mod
Open up your HEX editor, download this one if you don’t have one already - https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/

Now click ‘CTRL + F’ and search for the string 39 8E E3 3F, make sure to change the drop down from text to hex values, and select all instead of just forward and then click go

Now click the infront of the first value (the 3) and just start typing out either

8F E3 18 40 for 3440x1440
or
9A 99 19 40 for 2560x1080

Then look further along the line and you’ll see 00 00 80 41 and replace this in the same way with either

00 00 AC 41 for 3440x1440
or
00 00 A8 41 for 2560x1080

Then save the file and go play the game. Just make sure when in game to set it to borderless windowed mode and you’ll be fine.

Load up the trainer and then load up Resident Evil and when you get to the main menu hit the corresponding ‘F’ key on your keyboard to the FOV level you want, then load into the game and you should have your higher FOV level
